Best Architect or Designer for a Conversion or Renovation Project

Open to architects and designers, this category recognises brilliantly-designed and executed home conversions or renovations. Entries should be recently completed projects, and judges will consider the design of the scheme, how it meets the client’s needs, level of support provided and to what extent the architect/designer helped to deliver excellent value for the homeowner. Projects should be owner-commissioned private houses.

Entries should include:

• Pictures of the interior & exterior of the finished home (incl. before shots if available)
• A clear set of floorplans and elevation drawings
• A detailed description of the project
• Reference from the homeowner
• Any other information as detailed in the Entry Form and T&Cs
