Best Architect or Designer for a Self Build Project

This category celebrates the very best self build house designs, and is open to architects and designers who have recently created a one-off, bespoke new home to be proud of. Judges will consider the design of the scheme, how it meets the client’s needs, level of support provided and to what extent the architect/designer helped to deliver excellent value for the self build owner. Projects should be owner-commissioned private houses.

Entries should include:

• Pictures of the interior and exterior of the finished home
• A clear set of floorplans, elevation drawings and a site plan
• A detailed description of the project
• Reference from the homeowner
• Any other information as detailed in the Entry Form and T&Cs
