Best Custom Build Project or Model

This category celebrates the best developer/enabler-led custom build home initiative. Judges will be looking for innovative schemes that either create new self build opportunities or give homeowners significant input into the design and finish of the house.

Entries should include:

• Pictures of the scheme at its current stage of development
• A clear set of floorplans, elevations and a site plan (if available)
• A detailed description of the project or initiative
• Any other information as detailed in the entry form and T&Cs
