Best Custom Build Project

This category celebrates the best developer/enabler-led custom build home initiative. Judges will be looking for innovative schemes that either create new self build plots or give homeowners significant input into the design and finish of a house on a custom build development. An individual house built for a client does not meet the custom build criteria needed for this category. If in doubt please ask before entering.

Entries should include:

• Pictures of the scheme at its current stage of development
• A clear set of floorplans, elevations and a site plan (if available)
• A detailed description of the project
• Any other information as detailed in the entry form and T&Cs
