Best ICF Home

This category is for self build homes that have been constructed using Insulating Concrete Formwork systems and can be entered by ICF companies, architects, designers and other building professionals. Judges will look at overall design, efficiency, innovation, how the building system enhanced this project and how the owners’ needs have been addressed. Projects should be owner-commissioned private houses.

Entries should include:

• Pictures of the interior and exterior of the finished home
• A clear set of floorplans and elevation drawings
• A detailed description of the project
• Reference from the homeowner
• Any other information as detailed in the Entry Form and T&Cs
