Best New Building Product

Each entry in this category should be for a single product that the entrant believes is the best new product launched onto the market in 2025/6. This could be because it is truly innovative, or is a significant enhancement of an already good product. The product can be anything used in the building process for individual homes and must be available to buy before the entry deadline. Judges are particularly keen to understand the problem that the new product is solving.

Entries should include:

• Pictures of the product, ideally including images of it installed in a private home
• A detailed description of the product and price points
• Any other information as detailed in the Entry Form and T&Cs
