This category is for self build homes that have been completed for under £250,000 (construction and fit-out cost, excluding land) and is open to projects that make best use of the budget available and those at the more affordable end of the spectrum.
We welcome a full range of build systems to enter this category and anyone may enter. Judges will look at how the project has delivered a high-quality home that represents great value-for-money, while achieving the homeowner’s requirements.
Entries should include:
- Pictures of the interior and exterior of the finished home
- A clear set of floorplans and elevation drawings
- A detailed description of the project
- Reference from the homeowner
- Any other information as detailed in the entry form and T&Cs
