When will the 2026 Build It Awards open for entries?

Entries for the 2026 awards will open in July 2026.

Do I need to pay to enter an Award?

Yes, the standard entry fee is £195 plus VAT (£234) per category. No entry will be considered by the judges unless the entry fee has been paid in full (where applicable). Payment needs to be made online as part of the entry process.

How much does it cost to enter the Awards?

Each entry costs £195 plus VAT (£234).

Where do I send my entries?

You can submit them online. All entries must be uploaded online. First you will need to create an account. Make sure your entry is labelled with your company name and the category you are entering, otherwise we will not be able to process your entry. Visit the How to Enter page for more information.

When will the shortlist be announced?

The 2026 shortlist will be announced in September 2026.

When does judging take place?

Judging for the 2026 awards will be taking place in October 2026.

Can I email an entry?

No, entries must be uploaded online. You must create an account on our website to enter the awards. You can find more information about entering here.

How many pictures of my project should I include?

For a home project award, up to 10 pictures (mix of internal and external) plus floorplans.

I'm having trouble entering my card details

To pay for an Awards Entry you need to enter your long card number, card expiry date and CVC number. You can do this all on the same line of the form as shown in the image below.

Can I enter the same product into more than one category?

Yes, but the full entry fee (£195 plus VAT) must be paid for each category entered, except in the case of nominated categories.

Can I upload an entry on behalf of a company I am representing?

Yes! PR representatives can upload entries for their clients. Make sure you label the form and images with the company name and category entered, otherwise we will not be able to process your entry.

When is the Awards Ceremony?

The 2026 Build It Awards ceremony will take place on 28th November 2025 at the Bankside Hilton, London, where the winners will be announced. More details to follow.

Where is the Gala Dinner this year?

The 2026 Build It Awards ceremony will take place in November 2026 at the Bankside Hilton, London, where the winners will be announced. More details will be announced in 2026.

Who is this years host for the Awards Dinner?

The host for our 2026 awards will be announced in September 2026.

What is the cost of places at the Gala Dinner?

Tickets for the gala dinner cost £235 for a single place (£282 including vat) or £1,800 for a table of 10 (£2,160 including vat) .

Do winners find out prior to the Awards Ceremony?

No, all our winners are announced at a special awards ceremony.
